Later this month, plaintiffs' attorney Eric V. Traut is set to handle his first jury trial since the pandemic started, and while the longtime personal injury litigator said he's looking forward to it, he also admitted he has at least a few butterflies.
"I tried on my suit earlier today for the first time in over a year, and it still fit," Traut said with a chuckle. "That was the first plus."
