Measure ULA survives, but reform isn't over: Part one
With Measure ULA still in effect, real estate and construction industry stakeholders should continue planning for its impact while monitoring targeted reform proposals that could affect future projects and transactions.
Los Angeles' Measure ULA, commonly known as the "mansion tax," remains in effect after the June 2026 withdrawal of the statewide ballot measure that posed the most direct threat to its future.
