Edison seeks to pare claims in Palisades Fire litigation
A Los Angeles judge considered Southern California Edison's bid to narrow claims over the Palisades Fire while hearing eight pleading challenges from utilities, property owners and other defendants.
A Los Angeles judge on Wednesday weighed bids to pare back claims against Southern California Edison and other non-state defendants accused of contributing to the Palisades Fire or its spread.
