Judge balks at ending TikTok children's privacy consent order

U.S. District Judge George H. Wu tentatively rejected the Justice Department's bid to vacate a 2019 consent order, saying the government had not shown that TikTok's new ownership, safeguards or a recent settlement made continued oversight unnecessary.
