Judge blocks expert from selling Lenovo's confidential files
U.S. District Judge Jeffrey S. White issued an injunction barring a plaintiffs' expert from selling or sharing more than 3,500 confidential Lenovo files obtained for a false advertising case, but said the current record did not support sanctions.
