Small businesses file class actions against major banks

Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bank of America and U.S. Bank were named as defendants in complaints filed separately by Los Angeles-based attorneys from the Stalwart Law Group and Tauler Smith LLP.

The nation's biggest financial institutions were hit with class actions Monday from small businesses who said wealthier clients were prioritized for government relief loans before the $349 billion dried up Friday.

Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bank of America and U.S. Bank were named as defendants in complaints filed separately by Los Angeles-based attorneys from the Stalwart Law Group and Tauler Smith LLP.
