FISA evidence irrelevant to LA criminal prosecution, US says
Without saying outright whether or not a southern Lebanese man facing criminal charges has been monitored under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, prosecutors contend they won’t use any evidence reportedly obtained in his FISA warrant to prosecute him, thus eliminating any need to disclose such materials to his defense.
