EEOC says it’s now collected 85% of required pay data
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Office of Management and Budget have again asked a federal judge to allow the agency to end its collection of pay data based on race, ethnicity and sex from 2017 and 2018, arguing what they've already collected from more than 85% of all eligible companies should be sufficient, according to court documents filed Thursday.
