State high court reverses molester’s convictions because teen accuser didn’t face him during testimony
A man convicted of 14 sex crimes against children had three of his convictions reversed Monday by the state Supreme Court, which said his constitutional right had been violated when a trial court obstructed one of the accusers’ view of him during her testimony.




A man convicted of 14 sex crimes against children had three of his convictions reversed Monday by the state Supreme Court, which said his constitutional right had been violated when a trial court obstructed one of the accusers' view of him during her testimony.
The high court remanded three more of the convictions for resentencing while affirming the remaining eight convictions.
