Judge Charles "Skip" Rubin has successfully settled thousands of cases involving a wide range of issues during more than 23 years on the bench. As a trained and credentialed mediator, he was twice named a Daily Journal Top Neutral. Since becoming a full-time neutral in 2006, he handles and settles several cases a week. While most of his work is done at ARC's Los Angeles offices, Judge Rubin frequently travels to other areas of the state for mediations and arbitrations.
