Katherine Charonko is a nationally recognized pioneer in Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and serves as Bailey Glasser's ESI and Technology Practice Group Leader. A Certified e-Discovery Specialist, she has built an e-Discovery practice, managing matters across the U.S. and internationally. Ms. Charonko plays a leadership role in multidistrict litigations nationwide, oversees firmwide e-Discovery across commercial, appellate, and corporate matters, and advises corporate clients on compliance. A frequent speaker and thought leader, she is recognized by Chambers USA and was named a 2026 Lawdragon Top 500 Leading Litigator in America.
