Pedram Esfandiary focuses on toxic torts, pharmaceutical litigation, civil rights, and complex mass torts. He currently leads the firm's toxic baby food litigation and serves on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee for the Baby Food Products Liability Litigation (MDL 3101). Pedram was a member of the trial teams that secured landmark verdicts against Monsanto, including the first Roundup cancer trial and the historic $2 billion Pilliod verdict. As first chair trial counsel, he also recently secured an $11.8 million verdict against the LAPD on behalf of a client permanently blinded by a less-lethal projectile.
