Steven J. Kaplan is a JAMS arbitrator, mediator, court-appointed neutral (referee/special master), neutral evaluator, temporary judge/judge pro tem, and hearing officer. He handles employment, business and commercial, entertainment and sports, health care, higher education, and construction matters. Prior to joining JAMS, he had a distinguished career in private practice representing employees, unions, and employers in a wide range of labor, employment, and employee benefits matters.
