Miller Waxler LLP
Miller has 36 years' experience as a litigator focusing on defending and counseling professionals, corporations, directors and officers and insurers. He is also Chair of the ABA Standing Committee on Lawyers' Professional Liability. The committee leads on legal malpractice, ethics, LPL insurance, bar disciplinary proceedings and professional responsibility issues. Additionally, Miller is a member of McGeorge's Alumni Association Board of Directors.
