Ellen A. Pansky

Pansky is Chair of the firm's Legal Ethics and Attorney Regulation Division. With her distinguished career and extensive experience in legal ethics, professional responsibility, and compliance matters, she is uniquely qualified to lead and expand this critical area of the firm's practice. In her new role, she will guide and counsel clients throughout California on complex ethical issues. Her leadership will play a pivotal role in reinforcing Nemecek & Cole's commitment to providing integrity and professionalism and assisting its clients on an ongoing basis when ethical issues arise.
