SANTA ANA — As one of four Orange County Superior Court judges assigned to the complex civil panel, William D. Claster’s docket is a mix of complicated cases that test not just his trial skills, but his pretrial skills.
“What the complex department offers is management of complicated cases,” Claster said. “And if we’re doing our job, we don’t have too many trials.”
