Ground was broken on a new courthouse in downtown Redding at the start of the year, and Shasta County Presiding Judge Daniel Flynn wants to fill it with new judges.

“Shasta has been traditionally down on judges for our workload,” he said. “One of the things I want to do is really begin to work on getting approved for funding for the judges that we really need.”
