  FRESNO - Judge Kristi Culver Kapetan has finally put up pictures in her chambers after
  eight years on the bench.   

  After assignments in felony domestic violence and misdemeanors, she landed in the
  Fresno County Superior Court civil department two years ago and never wants to leave.
