After 14 years handling criminal trials in Inglewood, Superior Court Judge Scott T. Millington moved to Torrance last August to continue presiding over felony matters.
"I loved Inglewood. I could have easily spent my entire career there," he said, "but one of my best friends [Hector M. Guzman] is a judge here as well, and he sort of convinced me to come here to sort of ride off into the sunset together."
