Omni Bridgeway closes $1B litigation finance fundraise

Litigation funder Omni Bridgeway has raised $1 billion for two new funds, bringing its assets under management to approximately $4.2 billion as institutional investment in legal finance continues to grow.

Omni Bridgeway has closed a $1 billion capital raise for two legal finance funds, giving the litigation funder additional firepower to pursue investments in the U.S. and other markets.

The company announced Wednesday that Funds 4 and 5 Series 2 reached their combined $1 billion fundraising target, with more than half of the capital coming from repeat investors.
