Attorney who alleged Chinese funding exits $35M Patten University fraud case
A federal magistrate judge allowed defense attorney William G. Stripp to withdraw from a $35 million investor fraud case after months of pressing claims that the Chinese government may be funding the plaintiffs' litigation.
