A federal judge on Monday appeared poised to reject Triumph Foods LLC's bid to revive a dismissed challenge to California's Proposition 12, saying a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling does not appear to warrant reconsideration of her earlier decision.
U.S. District Judge Christina A. Snyder told attorneys at a Sept. 14 hearing that she had considered deciding the motion without oral argument because she did not believe Triumph's request was "well founded."
