Two weeks after entering a $35 million fraud lawsuit against a Bay Area for-profit college, Boies Schiller Flexner LLP attorneys are asking a federal judge to end the case in their clients' favor, accusing the defense of submitting false declarations and repeatedly defying discovery orders.
