State Bar seizes files from Chula Vista immigration consultant

Gabriel Luna de la Fuente is accused of taking more than $4,000 from a client, failing to file her daughter's immigration petition and providing legal services without attorney supervision.

A Chula Vista immigration consultant accused of practicing law without a license took more than $4,000 from a client, failed to file her daughter's petition and withheld the girl's file, the State Bar of California said Tuesday.
