Survivor says xAI trained Grok on her childhood abuse images

A child sexual abuse survivor filed suit against artificial intelligence company xAI claiming its Grok chatbot used images from her abuse to generate new sexualized images of her. The proposed class action could consist of thousands of minors and seeks an order requiring xAI to destroy all child sexual abuse material it allegedly generated.

A childhood sexual abuse survivor sued xAI Corp., alleging the artificial intelligence company trained Grok on images of her abuse and used the chatbot to generate new child sexual abuse material depicting her likeness.
