Procore wins part of trade secrets fight with Oracle
U.S. District Judge Jon S. Tigar partially granted Procore Technologies' summary judgment motion in Oracle's trade secret misappropriation lawsuit, but the sealed ruling does not disclose whether the company prevailed on its statute-of-limitations defense, its challenge to Oracle's identification of trade secrets or only part of either argument.
