Judge allows Spotlight another shot at summary judgment in Ticketmaster dispute

U.S. District Judge Wesley L. Hsu allowed Spotlight Ticket Management to renew its summary judgment bid against rival Concierge Live based on Ticketmaster's termination of access, but said he is "deeply skeptical" the new evidence will resolve the false-advertising dispute without a trial.

A Los Angeles federal judge on Friday allowed Spotlight Ticket Management Inc. to take another shot at summary judgment in its false-advertising suit against rival Concierge Live LLC, while expressing deep skepticism that new evidence involving Ticketmaster will resolve the dispute without a trial.
