A San Francisco judge granted Google's motion to compel arbitration and stay proceedings in an antitrust suit over the company's self-service advertising services, finding that the plaintiff's requested injunctive relief was private rather than public and therefore did not prevent arbitration.

The lawsuit, filed by Noah Stern, alleges he suffered damages from the company's alleged tying scheme and monopolization of self-service ad-buying tools.
