Nick Reiner pleads not guilty to murdering parents

A newly unsealed grand jury indictment charges Nick Reiner with first-degree murder in the stabbing deaths of his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, and adds a special-circumstance allegation that the killings were committed by lying in wait.

Nick Reiner pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a newly unsealed grand jury indictment charging him with murdering his parents, director and actor Rob Reiner and photographer-producer Michele Singer Reiner, and adding an allegation that he killed them by lying in wait.
