San Francisco Court grants renewed dismissal motion after order is lost

Attorneys for the plaintiff had to seek an order removing them as counsel a second time in an employment lawsuit against the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association after the court could not locate a proposed order needed to finalize the original ruling.

It took two motions and multiple submissions of the same proposed order before attorneys at the Colby Law Firm were finally relieved as counsel in an employment lawsuit against the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association after the court was unable to locate the proposed order needed to finalize an earlier ruling.
