Court of Appeal rebukes lawyer for unfounded attacks on judge
The 2nd District Court of Appeal held a Beverly Hills attorney in contempt, imposed a $1,000 fine and referred the matter to the State Bar after finding repeated accusations of judicial bias lacked evidentiary support.
