Warriors say Wish owes overdue rent for Chase Center lounge

The Golden State Warriors claim Wish defaulted on a settlement for overdue rent for a Chase Center courtside lounge. A judge allowed the team to seek additional rent and costs.

The Golden State Warriors sued Wish US Holdings LLC, claiming the online retailer defaulted on a settlement resolving claims for more than $2 million in overdue rent for a courtside lounge at Chase Center.

But the amount might rise after San Francisco Superior Court Judge Joseph M. Quinn on Wednesday granted the team's motion for a right to attach order and writ of attachment covering additional alleged overdue rent and estimated costs.
