Roblox, Discord face suit over alleged child sexual abuse
A federal lawsuit alleges Roblox and Discord enabled predators to groom and sexually exploit a 9-year-old girl by misrepresenting safety features and failing to implement adequate child protections.
Online platforms Discord and Roblox are accused of facilitating the alleged sexual abuse of a then-9-year-old girl in a federal lawsuit filed Friday alleging negligence, fraudulent concealment and misrepresentation.
