First deaths reported in Cyclospora outbreak, possibly impacting complaints
Two deaths related to cyclosporiasis were reported Monday in Michigan. The outbreak is tied to lettuce grown and distributed by Salinas-based company Taylor Farms, which was used and sold in food from Taco Bell. One plaintiff attorney said he is waiting for a court decision to include the new information.
