Orange County seeks to slash $1.54M fee award in harassment case

Orange County is asking a state appeals court to reduce a $1.54 million attorney fee award in a workplace harassment and retaliation case by more than one-third, arguing the trial court approved excessive billing and inflated hourly rates.
