Judge advances lawsuit against family of Cash App CEO's convicted murderer

San Francisco Judge Harold Kahn overruled a demurrer against claims of conspiracy and aiding and abetting in a civil suit over Robert Lee's death. The allegations are brought against convicted murderer Nima Momeni and his family. The suit also includes accusations of privacy invasion against a security company and condo complex.

A San Francisco judge ruled Monday that the family of Cash App founder Bob Lee may pursue allegations that convicted killer Nima Momeni's relatives knew he intended to confront and harm Lee, helped conceal evidence after the fatal stabbing and provided substantial assistance for the attack.
