Judge praises Quinn Emanuel's ethics training plan after sanctions
U.S. District Judge Edward M. Chen said Quinn Emanuel's court-ordered ethics training program exceeds expectations and could become a model for the legal industry, while urging the firm to expand the training beyond attorneys involved in the sanctioned case.
Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP's new court-ordered ethics training, developed in response to an investigation that found some of the firm's attorneys had intentionally misled U.S. District Judge Edward M.
