Angels Landing retaliation suit tests de León's immunity defense

A federal judge took under submission the City of Los Angeles' bid to dismiss or stay a civil rights lawsuit over the stalled Angels Landing project after closely questioning whether former Councilmember Kevin de León is protected by absolute legislative immunity and whether the developers' claims were filed on time.
