Quinn Emanuel joins OpenAI defense in Apple trade secrets suit
Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP has entered an appearance for OpenAI in Apple's trade secret misappropriation lawsuit, adding veteran intellectual property litigators to defend claims that the AI company improperly targeted Apple employees as it built its hardware business.
