Amid concerns raised by U.S. District Judge James Donato, Fortnite maker Epic Games and Google dropped a joint bid to modify an injunction forcing Google to open its Android devices to third-party app stores -- the result of Epic's 2023 win in an antitrust lawsuit -- ahead of an evidentiary hearing Thursday.
