Visa must face trafficking conspiracy claims over Pornhub payments
A federal judge found that plaintiffs had strengthened allegations that the payment processor went beyond a routine commercial relationship. The court dismissed several state-law claims but allowed the plaintiffs' principal federal trafficking conspiracy claim to proceed.
