States face a 'steep climb' in blocking Paramount-Warner merger, legal experts say
Antitrust experts cited the comparatively low percentage of the companies' dominance, resistance of state attorneys general lawsuits without federal support, and judicial resistance to blocking mergers as hurdles for California Attorney General Rob Bonta and 11 other states.
