Former cancer care employee alleges pregnancy, disability discrimination
Veracyte is being sued by a former employee over a myriad of alleged FEHA violations, retaliation and constructive discharge after facing years of alleged discrimination and harassment.
A former Veracyte Inc. employee has sued the South San Francisco-based cancer diagnostics company, alleging she was forced to resign after enduring pregnancy and disability discrimination, retaliation and harassment.
