Tracy resident sues Medline, Prologis over toxic exposure from warehouse fire

A Tracy resident alleges he suffered respiratory injuries after the June fire at Medline Industries' distribution warehouse released toxic smoke and debris into the surrounding community. 

Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy LLP has sued Medline Industries Inc. and warehouse owner Prologis Inc. on behalf of a Tracy resident who alleges he suffered injuries after being exposed to toxic smoke and debris from last month's warehouse fire.
