U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria
Bursor & Fisher P.A. and Edelson PC will serve as co-lead plaintiffs' counsel in a consolidated class action against automated license plate reader manufacturer Flock Group, U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria ruled Thursday over objections from Gibbs Mura, A Law Group and Hausfeld.
Chhabria said he selected the two firms because of their experience litigating automated license plate reader privacy cases.
