A Los Angeles County judge has entered an $82.2 million judgment in favor of Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center against Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc., restoring the hospital's original jury verdict after the 2nd District Court of Appeal found an earlier remittitur order legally erroneous.
