Cadwalader adds finance partner ahead of Hogan Lovells merger
Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft has recruited veteran finance attorney Robert Hayes from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as the firm prepares to merge with Hogan Lovells on July 1. Hayes, who focuses on asset-based lending and commercial finance transactions, will join the combined firm's Century City office.
Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft has added Robert Hayes, a veteran finance lawyer focused on asset-based lending and complex commercial lending transactions, as a partner in its finance practice, strengthening the firm's West Coast platform ahead of its planned merger with Hogan Lovells.
Hayes joined on June 15 and, starting July 1, will be based in Century City with Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, the combined firm set to launch after partners approved the merger in April.
