ASICS wins $6.1M jury verdict in $50M contract battle with Shoebacca
A unanimous Orange County jury awarded ASICS America Corp. $6.1 million and rejected more than $44 million in counterclaims brought by retailer Shoebacca Ltd., bringing an end to five years of litigation over footwear supply agreements.
