Perplexity sued over alleged cuts to premium AI subscription benefits
A proposed class action alleges Perplexity sharply reduced access to its Deep Research feature for Pro subscribers and rerouted user queries through less capable AI models without adequate disclosure, despite marketing promises about premium service levels.
