OpenAI defeats xAI trade secrets case over recruiting presentation
A federal judge dismissed xAI's trade secrets lawsuit against OpenAI with prejudice, ruling that allegations stemming from OpenAI's recruitment of a former xAI engineer failed to plausibly show trade secret misappropriation.
